For the publicly funded CRC for construction innovation, developed an Information Model (Rules plus 3D database) for a flagship project and received very positive feedback from major stakeholders. The purpose of the Building Information Model (or BIM) was environmental/ ecological footprint analysis of a 27,000 plus m2 multi-story office complex in Brain Park III., Rotterdam, the Netherlands (20007). Nominated for Best Residential Design BDAV state award in the multi-residential category (2005). Consulted the Commonwealth Scientific and Research Organisation Sustainable Ecosystems in team inputs to the best practice in Building Information Modelling. The document in its latest form is available at the Government Science funded Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) web as National BIM Guideline. Overseas major project: The 5500m2 Shopping plaza planning, design and successful rezoning with local government on the outskirst of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (2008) In residential planning support, we are proud that our practice has had a success rate of over 90% in dozens of local government planning Applications plus two Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) appeals. (The figures includes one re-evalution/ re-design and successful local government submission of a third party project previously unsuccessful in VCAT appeal.) Selected Clients Projects per region |
